Since we are going to use our iOS Device (iPhone , iPod Touch, iPad ) and a SNES emulator (which is not officially available in the iTunes app store). We need a jailbroken iOS device which can be done here if you have iOS 6.0.1 – 6.0.2.
After you have Jailbroken the device, you can now download the Snex9x EX+ (latest version) app in one of the sources in the Cydia repository, which in this case the BigBoss which is already included when you first Jailbreak your iOS device
Browse the source until you find the Snex9x EX+ or just search in the search option. The Snes9x EX+ is free for download.
After you have successfully downloaded the Snes9x EX+ in Cydia. Open the app and you can see the home interface.
Choose the “Input Device Setup” option to configure the controls for the emulator.
Then choose the iCade Controller which is the compatible interace for the Gametel Bluetooth controller.
Turn the iCade mode from Off to On to activate it.
After that, if you want to map the Gametel Controller buttons to your preference, go the the Gamepad option and change the settings according to your needs. (You can also use the already connected Gametel controller to browse the snes menu!).
