iOS sync with iTunes required all time for Mac/ PC users made some updates on your iPhone/ iPad or iPod Touch. Steps for Turn off Auto sync iPhone with iTunes running on Mac/ PC
Step 1: Launch iTunes on your Mac or PC/ Laptop. Only For that disable auto sync iOS device.
Step 2: Connect your device with USB lighting cable to your Mac/ PC.
Step 3: Wait for your device will appear in iTunes from top tab, given in below screen.
Step 4: From the left pane select Summery option and click on it.

Step 6: Uncheck/ Remove option for “Sync with this iPhone over Wi-Fi”.

Might be you can see this option without connecting USB cable, But not properly in many case. It’s hence that your device connection over Wi-Fi left before registration on your iOS device. So I recommended USB lighting cable connected when you turn off Auto sync iPhone with iTunes from Mac or PC.
