Honor 9X with 4000mAh battery Released


HONOR just launched the Honor 9X smartphone in India. The company’s latest mid-range smartphone packs a 6.59-inch FHD+ notch-less display, Kirin 710F SoC with 6GB RAM, Android 9 Pie with EMIUI 9.1, triple rear cameras with a 48-megapixel sensor, 16-megapixel pop-up selfie camera, and a 4000mAh battery.

HONOR 9X Specifications

The new Honor 9X sports a 6.59-inch Full HD+(2340 x 1080 pixels) 19.5:9 aspect ratio curved glass display without any notch. The device comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.


The phone is powered by a new Kirin 710F 12nm processor with ARM Mali-G51 MP4 GPU. It packs up to 6GB RAM with 128GB storage. The storage is expandable up to 512GB with microSD. The smartphone runs on Android 9 Pie with EMUI 9.1.1 on top.

In terms of camera, there is a 48MP primary rear camera with 0.8μm pixel size, f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP depth camera with f/2.4 aperture. There is a 16MP front camera with f/2.2 aperture.

Connectivity features on the phone are Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0 LE, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. The phone packs a 4000mAh battery.

The mobile phone comes in Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue colors. Its dimensions are 163.1×77.2×8.8mm and weight is 206g.

Price, Availability & Launch Offers

The Honor 9X price in India starts at Rs. 13,999 for the 4GB + 128GB version. The 6GB + 128GB version of the phone costs Rs. 16,999. The 4GB RAM version will be available at Rs. 12,999 on the first day of sale on Flipkart, starting from January 19.
