iPhone X/11 Pro Max / 7 plus/iPad/mac users are facing issue while trying to cancel an active subscription that they are billed for. When users click on “subscriptions” you will get a message saying “Cannot Connect”. Not only for deleting but also while managing subscription you will get Cannot connect error message. Fix 1: Tap retry
When managing subscriptions iPhone gives you Cannot Connect, but in many cases it worked after one retry.
So after going to Settings>[your name]>Subscriptions. It gives “Cannot Connect” once, hit “Retry”, which should work now.
Fix 2: Open subscription from Appstore
Instead of opening the subscription through settings, try opening through App Store. Click yourName icon in the top right corner then click subscriptions, from here you should be able to manage the subscriptions.
Fix 3 : Try cellular Data
If you are WIFI for network on your iPhone, Please try using cellular data while managing subscription. Turn off WIFI and switch the cellular data-> Now try to manage subscription. Hopefully this should work.
