As the world’s thinnest and lightest inward-folding smartphone to date, the HONOR #MagiV5 represents the cutting edge of smartphone industrial design and innovation, including the world’s first mass-produced 6,100mAh silicon-carbon battery with 25% silicon content. Empowered by AI, the agentic YOYO assistant introduces new AI features to help users make the most of the large screens. The HONOR Magic V5 is available beginning today in China, starting from RMB 8,999 online and at select retail locations.

The HONOR Magic V5 features IP58 and IP59 ratings for dust and water resistance. Engineered with HONOR’s Carbon Fiber Reinforced Inner Display Panel and Anti-scratch NanoCrystal Shield on the outer screen, the device delivers exceptional resilience against scratches and everyday impact. Internally, a carbon fiber layer with 380GPa deformation resistance acts as a powerful shock buffer. The HONOR Super Steel Hinge also has an impressive tensile strength of 2300MPa, further strengthening the device while enabling smooth folding action.
