The Store features a 24/7 self-service banking area equipped for essential transactions, including cash deposits, allowing customers to bank beyond traditional branch hours. Inside, customers can use digital facilities for routine transactions or consult EastWest personnel for more complex needs. Service pods and private consultation rooms provide dedicated spaces for personalized discussions and financial planning.
“Banking should fit seamlessly into our customers’ lives, not the other way around,” said Ivy B. Uy, Head of Branch Banking Group at EastWest. “Our Cebu I.T. Park Store was designed to give customers the freedom to choose how they want to manage their finances, whether through self-service convenience, expert advice, or a combination of both. It gives customers a more relevant, accessible banking experience shaped around their needs.”
The Store also houses a dedicated EastWest Priority Center which offers Priority clients access to relationship managers, private consultation rooms, a Priority Lounge, and tailored financial solutions in a more comfortable and personalized setting. Customers can also explore EastWest Horizons, the Bank's wealth management proposition for emerging affluent individuals seeking guidance on investments, insurance, and long-term financial growth.

The new format combines the convenience of digital banking with the value of human connections, creating spaces that support both everyday banking and meaningful financial conversations.
More than a banking facility, the new Store is designed as a destination for customers seeking greater control, flexibility, and support as they pursue their financial goals. From quick transactions to wealth-building conversations, EastWest aims to deliver a banking experience built around the way customers live, work, and aspire today.
The EastWest Cebu I.T. Park Store is located at G-01 and G-02, Filinvest Shoppes, Salinas Drive corner W. Geonzon Street, Apas, Cebu City.
