Sony Electronics today announced the expansion of its turntable lineup with the introduction of two new wireless models: the PS-LX3BT and PS-LX5BT. Designed to make enjoying vinyl records simple and accessible, the new turntables cater to both first-time vinyl listeners and seasoned audiophiles, combining intuitive operation, advanced wireless audio technology, and exceptional craftsmanship.

The PS-LX3BT and PS-LX5BT share a range of advanced features that ensure ease of use and high-quality performance. Both turntables support one-button full auto playback, allowing users to enjoy vinyl with minimal setup.
Wireless listening is enabled through Bluetooth® connectivity¹, supporting aptX™, aptX™ Adaptive, and Hi-Res Wireless Audio², ensuring detailed sound reproduction even when listening wirelessly. For those who prefer a wired setup, both models also support traditional audio connections.
A USB output³ with three-level gain control allows users to easily record vinyl records to digital formats. Each turntable is equipped with a high-quality cartridge, an aluminium platter, and a transparent dust cover to ensure stable playback while protecting records.
Both models support 33⅓ and 45 RPM records in 7-inch and 12-inch formats and are packaged using recycled materials, reflecting Sony’s ongoing commitment to sustainability.
